In short

What data we process

The idea you write and your answers

They're sent to our server to prepare the prompt with local rules and discarded once we respond. They aren't saved in files or databases, and they aren't sent to any AI for an answer. If you write your idea on the home page, it reaches the platform through your browser's storage, not through the page address.

Exception: if the server has Anthropic's official token counter configured and you choose Claude Code, your idea and the prompt are sent to that counter to measure their size. The counter doesn't generate answers. It isn't active today.

AI analysis: when it's active, your idea is sent to Anthropic (Claude) only to understand what you're asking for; the platform shows this under “Technical details”. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic doesn't use API data to train its models. We still don't store your text.

AI question (Pro and Business plans): to write the question that helps you fine-tune your idea, your idea is sent to Anthropic (Claude) under the same terms. On the Free plan the question is written by our rules and never leaves our server. We keep the question, never your text, in memory for one hour so the call isn't repeated.

Your library

The prompts you save, with their tags and versions, are kept in your browser's local storage. If you have a paid plan (Pro or Business), a copy is also stored in your account (a Supabase database), accessible only by you, so you can see it on all your devices; that copy is deleted when you delete your account. On the Free plan, our server keeps no copy. When you open a saved prompt, its idea is sent to the server again to prepare it, just like the first time, and is discarded once we respond. You can export, import or delete them from the app itself; they're also deleted if you clear the site's data.

Visit measurement, without cookies

To know which networks bring us visits, each page view adds 1 to a counter for the day, the page and the source (for example “instagram”, “google” or “direct”), taken from the link's tag or the page you came from. We don't store your IP, we don't use cookies and we don't know who you are. In your browser, only for the visit, we keep that source so that, if you create an account, the account carries the tag of the network you came from. That's how we measure how many people sign up and pay from each network, as counts, never person by person outside your own account.

Time to get a prompt (optional)

If you agree, when you copy a prompt we send: the seconds since you started typing, the AI you'll use it with, the mode, the detected task type, whether the idea was short, medium or long, how many questions were shown and how many you answered, and whether you edited the prompt. It's stored with the date only, no time, no IP address and no text, and written in batches in random order so it can't be linked to a specific visit. Clicked examples and prompts opened from the library aren't measured. It tells us whether we really help you save time. You can change your choice at any time in the “Privacy” section of the platform.

Your account (optional)

If you create an account, we store your email and technical sign-in data (sign-up and last sign-in dates) in Supabase, our authentication provider. You sign in with a link we email you or with Google; we don't store passwords. You can delete your account at any time from “My account”, and that data is deleted.

Cookies

We only use technical cookies: dilomio_idioma remembers your language (one year); if you sign in, Supabase session cookies (which JavaScript can't read) keep you signed in and dilomio_sesion tells the site to show “My account”. None of them track you or are shared with third parties.

Technical data

To prevent abuse, the server uses your IP address in memory only, to limit the number of requests, and forgets it at most two minutes after your last request. Our hosting provider may log technical connection data (IP, date and page requested) for security.

Who we share it with

Nobody, for advertising or sale. Processors: the server provider (Hostinger), the accounts provider (Supabase), the sign-in email provider (Resend) and, only in the cases described above, Anthropic.

Your rights

We don't store your text. If you have an account, you can see your email and delete the account from “My account”. For any privacy question, write to us at support@dilomio.com.

Changes

If what the app does with your data changes, we'll update this page and its date before it happens.
