Terms of service
Last updated: October 24, 2026. Beta version.
1. Who we are and what you accept
Dilomio (dilomio.com) is a service of Invenia Group LLC, based in Miami, Florida (USA). By using Dilomio, with or without an account, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What Dilomio is
Dilomio turns an idea written in your own words into instructions (prompts) to use with other artificial intelligences, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other. Dilomio doesn't answer your idea and isn't the AI that carries it out: it gives you text that you copy and use wherever you want.
3. Beta and changes to the service
The service is in beta: it may change, have errors or be interrupted. We may add, modify or remove features. During the beta, use is free and may have reasonable usage limits.
4. Your account
An account is optional during the beta. You're responsible for what's done with it and for keeping access to your email secure. You can delete it at any time from “My account”. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use Dilomio for illegal activities, to deceive or harm others, or to create content that infringes third-party rights.
- Extract or copy the service's content, templates or behaviour in an automated or bulk way (scraping), or use it to build a competing product.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or try to obtain the service's code, rules or templates, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Bypass usage limits, security measures or access controls, or overload the service.
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
6. What's yours and what's ours
Your ideas and the prompts you get are yours. You can use them freely, including commercially. We claim no rights over them. Dilomio, its brand, design, engine, rules and templates belong to Invenia Group LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws; using them gives you no rights over them.
7. Answers from other AIs
What the AI you paste the prompt into (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another) answers depends on that AI and its own terms, not on us. Always review results before using them, especially on legal, medical, financial or safety matters.
8. Paid plans
When paid plans are available, their prices, limits and conditions will be shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time; paid access continues until the end of the period already paid. Payments are processed through Stripe.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that prompts will produce a specific result in another AI. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invenia Group LLC will not be liable for indirect damages or for lost profits, data or opportunities, and its total liability will not exceed what you paid for the service in the previous twelve months (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits the rights your country's consumer law gives you.
10. Ending the service
You can stop using Dilomio at any time. If we shut the service down, we'll give account holders reasonable notice. Your library is stored in your browser and you can export it at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its date and, if the change is significant, announce it on the site or by email to account holders. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept it.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA), without prejudice to consumer protection rules of your country that can't be excluded. For any question: support@dilomio.com.
